Job Description

The Director, Head of Strategic Enterprise Partners will lead one of Uber Eats’ most critical restaurant portfolios across the United States. This leader will oversee a high-performing team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers responsible for growing and retaining Uber’s largest and most strategic Restaurant Brand partnerships. This role sits at the center of Uber Eats’ Enterprise business, operating at the intersection of Sales, Account Management, Operations, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, deep experience managing complex Enterprise relationships, and a proven ability to lead teams through high-growth, high-accountability environments. This is a closed-book portfolio leadership role focused on accelerating growth within existing partnerships, strengthening long-term strategic relationships, optimizing commercial performance, and driving operational excellence across a large-scale Enterprise business. The right leader will combine executive presence, operational rigor, and strategic thinking with the ability to coach teams, navigate ambiguity, and influence across functions. They will set the vision, raise the performance bar, and help shape the future of Uber Eats’ largest Restaurant Brand partnerships.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a world-class team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers responsible for Uber Eats’ largest Restaurant Brand partnerships across the US
  • Own the strategy and performance of a large Enterprise portfolio, driving growth across revenue, profitability, product adoption, and long-term partner retention
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key merchant stakeholders, including C-suite and senior operational leaders
  • Operate as a player-coach on complex negotiations, escalations, renewals, and strategic growth opportunities
  • Drive joint business planning with merchant partners, aligning Uber’s capabilities and investments to partner priorities and measurable business outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams to execute against Enterprise priorities and remove barriers to growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, account management, business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing managers and customer-facing teams
  • Proven track record managing large-scale Enterprise partnerships and leading complex commercial negotiations
  • Experience owning or influencing revenue growth, portfolio performance, and long-term strategic account outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence with C-suite stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to use data to drive decision-making, investment prioritization, and business strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly cross-functional environments
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building scalable processes and driving operational excellence across large teams or portfolios
