Job Description

Meta is seeking an experienced creative and strategic leader who has successfully managed a team of professionals across several offices and countries. As Head of Creative Shop APAC (Director), you will lead and inspire a team of creative directors and strategists, working across all verticals while strengthening partnerships within Meta's sales organization, Marketing Science, Business Engineering, Programs, Product Marketing, and our product organization - among others - as well as clients and creative agencies.

Job Responsibility

  • Management of cross-functional and multi-regional teams
  • Responsibility across various industries at a regional level
  • Work cross-functionally with Category Leaders, Sales Partners, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop creative solutions to address individual advertisers' problems and vertical and global initiatives
  • Support creative strategists in creating persuasive campaigns demonstrating the value of Meta's platforms to advertisers
  • Work collaboratively on a global network of creative strategists
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and of exceptional quality, and provide the sales team with necessary in-market support
  • Build collaborative relationships with creative and media agencies

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years in digital media
  • Proven track record of people management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively and collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Storyteller with experience communicating the benefits of marketing strategies to large brands
  • Proven communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating product information and data into client value
  • Proven performance in highly dynamic teams, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment with business acumen and operational rigour
  • Track record of driving efficiency (including the use of Artificial Intelligence) to improve impact of work outputs
