Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy and execution to support the successful US launch of LYNAVOY
  • Ensure launch readiness, driving awareness and adoption, and establishing a compelling and compliant value proposition with target HCP audiences
  • Partner closely with Senior Director, HCP Marketing, Omnichannel & Digital Marketing Director, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Analytics, and Compliance
  • Collaborate in defining Brand Strategy and ensure full consistency with HCP Marketing positioning and messaging
  • Work with HCP marketing lead to define LYNAVOY brand strategy and launch milestones
  • Co-create future LYNAVOY Annual Brand Plan
  • Translate market research, field intelligence, and customer insights into actionable HCP promotional strategies
  • Define KPIs to track success of owned marketing activities
  • Lead development of peer-to-peer promotional materials
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and Sales Training
  • Drive clear, compliant and timely field communications
  • Lead national and regional congress strategy and execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HCP education strategy
  • Build and manage speaker programs
  • Develop structured engagement plans with national and regional thought leaders
  • Act as a key connector across other Marketing Functions, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8–10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech HCP marketing or related commercial experience
  • Demonstrated US product launch experience
  • pre-approval and launch planning experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in liver, metabolic, or related chronic disease areas preferred
  • Ability to work onsite at the US headquarters office in Morristown, NJ, on a hybrid basis (2-3 days a week)
