  • Lead and manage a high performing growth marketing manager, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
  • Partner with the Creative team to ensure TV creative is best-in-class and performance-driven
  • lead creative testing and iteration to improve brand and user acquisition outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making through data-driven recommendations
  • champion a test-and-learn culture and translate insights into strategic priorities
  • Grow as a marketer by staying current on industry trends, identifying first-to-market opportunities, and disseminating learnings across the organization
  • Lead and foster a culture of curiosity, documentation, and continuous improvement
  • manage performance, onboarding, and development of team members
  • Ensure brand safety, regulatory compliance, and privacy standards in all media activity
  • collaborate with Legal/Compliance as needed

Requirements:

  • 6 or more years of experience in TV media buying at a high growth consumer company, startup, or agency
  • People management experience with a track record of developing high performing growth or media buying teams
  • Strong analytical foundation with fluency in core growth and efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV to CAC, and blended performance
  • Proven ability to translate data and experimentation into clear strategic direction and execution
  • Experience owning Agency relationships and coordinating across internal and external partners
  • You have a holistic view of the marketing funnel and understand the role of each channel
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making fast decisions with imperfect information
  • Experience running incrementality tests and implementing the finding into channel strategies
  • Naturally curious, with a strong inclination to question assumptions and validate ideas through data and experimentation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
