The Director of Growth Analytics leads the analytics, systems, and decision-support functions within the Growth organization. This role establishes the strategy, governance, and executive insight framework that enables disciplined, data-driven growth decisions across the full capture and business development lifecycle. This is a hands-on analytical leadership role with supervisory responsibility. The Director personally contributes high-impact analytics supporting executive decision-making, portfolio forecasting, and growth initiatives, while building scalable team capabilities and delegating routine execution to ensure long-term effectiveness. The role integrates pipeline analytics, Salesforce governance, market intelligence, and forecasting into a single, trusted, executive-ready view of growth performance, ensuring alignment between solution strategy, capture execution, market prioritization, and corporate financial objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Define and own the Growth analytics vision, roadmap, and operating model across pipeline, capture, market intelligence, and forecasting
Establish Growth KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate financial and strategic objectives
Translate analytics outputs into strategic insights and recommendations for executive leadership, strategic planning, and investment decisions
Ensure Growth leadership operates from a consistent, accurate, and decision-ready view of pipeline health, capture performance, and growth trends
Provide leadership and direction to the Solutions Integrator and Salesforce Data Analyst responsible for day-to-day pipeline analytics and Salesforce operations
Ensure Salesforce data standards, opportunity stages, capture milestones, and probability assessments are consistently applied across the Growth organization
Ensure alignment between pipeline data, Book-to-Bill tracking, forecasts, and Finance reporting
Lead the integration of market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer trends into Growth analytics and planning
Supervise the Market Intelligence Analyst to ensure market data informs pipeline prioritization, capture strategy, and portfolio investment decisions
Support market entry, expansion, and portfolio shaping decisions with data-driven analysis
Oversee forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-range growth planning in coordination with Growth Operations, Finance, and Business Unit leadership
Ensure executive dashboards and reports clearly communicate risks, gaps, and opportunities across pipeline maturity, win rates, and coverage
Support bid/no-bid decisions and capture strategy reviews with integrated analytics and market insight
Serve as a liaison across Business Development, Finance, Engineering, Programs, and Executive Leadership
Ensure solution strategies, delivery assumptions, and financial projections are aligned with pipeline analytics and growth metrics
Promote a shared, trusted view of growth data across functions and business units
Set priorities, performance expectations, and development plans for the Growth Analytics team
Build scalable analytics processes and capabilities that reduce reliance on ad-hoc reporting and manual analysis
Balance hands-on analytical contribution with effective delegation to support team growth and sustainability
Establish Growth analytics governance, reporting standards, and data quality controls
Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and enhance analytics tools and processes
Drive continuous improvement in pipeline visibility, capture performance insight, and executive reporting
Perform other duties as required

Requirements:
Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Master's Degree Preferred
10+ years of experience in growth analytics, capture operations, strategy, or business intelligence
3+ years of experience leading analytics, operations, or growth-related teams
Experience in defense, aerospace, or intelligence community environments
Advanced experience with Salesforce, pipeline reporting, and analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience building analytics governance and scaling reporting functions in matrixed organizations preferred
