Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of managers and recruiters responsible for accelerating MAI growth
Coach beyond activity metrics into strategy, judgment, and funnel design
Challenge assumptions with evidence and guide teams through ambiguity while maintaining momentum
Work closely with senior leaders to shape workforce plans, align on hiring priorities, and navigate tradeoffs between urgency and sustainability
Translate talent realities into clear business decisions
Operate with urgency and discipline
Learn the system quickly, understand where flexibility exists, and evolve it thoughtfully
Experiment with intent, adjust course based on results, and build repeatable approaches that scale
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR Master's Degree AND 12+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR equivalent experience
