As the Director, Global Programs & Events you will be responsible for transforming our events strategy from a foundational function to a key driver of business growth and brand leadership. Requirements:

  • A proven track record with at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in experiential marketing, event management
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven event and experiential marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Expertise in managing large, complex budgets
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • A track record of successfully partnering with and influencing key internal stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of audience and customer behavior
  • A strong creative vision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in defining key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing event data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle the operational realities and travel required for events
