The Director, Global Product Marketing – Digital leads Resmed’s go-to-market strategy and execution for our Digital Provider portfolio. As a global leader, this role ensures Resmed’s provider-facing digital solutions launch successfully, drive adoption, and scale impact across markets. By combining customer insight, portfolio expertise, and market storytelling, this Director helps position Resmed as the trusted digital partner for providers worldwide. They will manage and develop a focused team of Global Product Marketers, collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure our digital solutions deliver measurable outcomes for providers, patients, and the business.
Job Responsibility:
Define and deliver the global GTM approach for the Digital Provider portfolio
Lead high-impact launches by applying standardized frameworks and best practices
Ensure alignment across Product, Commercial, Revenue, and Finance to maximize business outcomes
Embed provider digital solutions into device, service, and ecosystem launches
Partner with regional marketing leaders to adapt GTM strategies to local market needs
Own the storytelling for Resmed’s provider digital solutions
Create compelling narratives that highlight value for providers, payers, and health systems
Position Resmed as a thought leader in digital health solutions for providers
Lead and mentor a global team of Digital Product Marketers
Foster expertise in GTM strategy, storytelling, and provider-focused adoption
Build a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance
Translate provider and market insights into actionable feedback for product roadmaps
Partner with Product Management to influence portfolio direction with global perspectives
Define success metrics for adoption, usage, and provider impact
Monitor performance and lead optimization efforts through post-launch reviews
Requirements:
12+ years in digital health, SaaS, connected solutions, or regulated industries
Experience in provider-facing digital platforms or enterprise software
Strong track record of shaping and executing global GTM strategies
Skilled at working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
Recognized as a collaborative leader and coach of high-performing teams
Brings deep understanding of providers and health systems to GTM planning
Well-versed in digital health adoption trends, SaaS models, and regulatory dynamics
Champions the Digital Provider portfolio, ensuring relevance and adoption globally
Aligns GTM activities with enterprise goals and regional success
Converts insights into portfolio input and global GTM strategy
Executes launches with rigor and drives sustained adoption
Operates as a connector across Product, Commercial, and Regional Marketing teams
Coaches a focused global team and builds future product marketing leaders
