Job Responsibility
Lead the development and execution of the innovation pipeline for Baxter's Adult Clinical Nutrition products
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch
Oversee the product development process from ideation to commercialization
Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the Adult Clinical Nutrition portfolio
Track and analyze product performance post-launch
Provide training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders on new products and innovations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Business, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of product management experience in healthcare or nutrition
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into product strategies
Proficient in market research methods and tools to assess trends, customers, and competition
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
