Job Description

Meta is seeking a Director, Global Enterprise Sales Operations to lead our most critical centralized initiatives across Payments, Deal Negotiation, Services Sales and Strategic Regional Execution. This executive leader will sit at the intersection of business development and operational excellence, specifically tasked with scaling centralized functions within Meta's Enterprise Sales Specialist organization for Business Messaging and Agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will build and scale an AI native centralized operational system to drive revenue. You will execute the vision, roadmap, and revenue goals, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and deep technical execution (CRM/ERP integrations, Agentic AI, and API ecosystems).

Job Responsibility

  • Lead centralized global workstreams including Payments infrastructure, complex Deal Negotiation frameworks, and Regional Strategic execution
  • Pioneer the 'AI-first' sales motion, pursuing opportunities that leverage Meta's Agentic AI capabilities to transform sales reach, scale and experience
  • Establish global playbooks and best practices for technical sales, ensuring consistency in how Meta interacts with enterprise decision-makers across the CX, Marketing, and IT suites
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing direct and indirect team of centralized functions, acting as a player/coach to drive long-term growth
  • Contribute to an aggressive revenue, pipeline, and growth targets across a diversified global enterprise portfolio

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level technical sales, specializing in solution selling and the negotiation of multifaceted, high-value deals
  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling Enterprise Sales, Operations
  • 5+ years of direct people management, with a proven track record of coaching leaders and fostering high-performance cultures
  • Demonstrated success launching new products and moving them to scale by influencing product design and company-wide systems
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in highly ambiguous, matrixed environments, navigating complex global and cross-cultural dynamics
  • Proven track record of interpreting data, establishing KPIs, and making informed decisions that drive accountability across a technical sales org
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Deep understanding of the Business Messaging landscape, and the evolution of Generative/Agentic AI in enterprise environments
