Job Responsibility:
Lead the FP&A function for APAC, setting strategic direction and optimizing performance
Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights and support operational objectives
Drive planning processes for sales, gross margin, capital programs, and digital investments
Prepare forecasts and ensure APAC submissions meet global requirements with actionable insights
Analyze financial performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and lead KPI discussions
Prepare monthly and quarterly operating review reports and maintain dashboards for decision-making
Support strategic planning and capital investment analysis to maximize ROI
Contribute to month-end processes
Requirements:
CA or CPA qualified
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
5–10+ years of relevant experience in listed companies or sizable organisations
Experiences in Retail/ FMCG or similar consumer goods industry
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
ability to influence and collaborate
Excellent analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communications skills and an ability to influence with senior leadership
Flexible, open to new ideas, and a team player with a service-oriented mindset
