Job Responsibility:
Be responsible to ensure that the various finance deliverables for the S/4HANA project are met per the Cosmos project schedule
This will include the deliverables specific to the finance processes as well as identifying the impacts to finance of other upstream business processes
Ensure a proper coordination within finance with other key ongoing initiatives
Prepare and communicate to the FLT and the Finance directors community, regular updates on the evolution of the project
Escalate (as needed), any relevant topics and recommendations for which a decision is needed
Engage the finance community behind the project : establish and continuously engage with the S/4HANA change agents network
Ensure the adoption of best-in-class business processes, as well as identifying and maximizing the benefits for finance by the tools offered by S/4HANA
Lead and provide support to your team
ensure adequate support coverage on the various topics to be addressed
Identify future training needs for the finance organization following the various deployment phases of S/4HANA, including any update required to internal operational procedures
Sponsor the development of Super-Users communities to maximize the adoption of S/4HANA
Lead the Finance Systems & Data Analytics governance, establish the roadmap of finance systems and provide visibility on current projects within the different layers of the finance organization
Support the expansion of S/4HANA and Central Finance to new legal entities (aftermarket)
Requirements:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent field and possess a CPA designation
You have more than 15 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
You have an excellent understanding of financial processes and end-to-end business processes (record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, asset accounting, controlling, etc.)
You have the ability to define and lead a strategic vision for the finance function in a context of major organizational change
You have a strong ability to mobilize and align multidisciplinary teams, influence leaders, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
You take a structured approach focused on continuous improvement, process optimization, and the pursuit of innovative solutions
You are comfortable operating in a demanding environment, able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
You have significant experience in developing teams, coaching leaders, and supporting talent growth
