Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the management of +$3B in direct material spend and +$1B of indirect spend
  • Drive SC performance by improving financial visibility, enhancing analytics, implementing standardized KPIs, and identifying key areas of opportunities to improve performance across the network
  • Support monthly actual variance analysis and Integrated Business Planning process
  • Provide actionable insights to the business partners and Supply chain Leadership team
  • Reporting and analysis of business results versus plan, projection and prior year including
  • Completion of monthly business reporting presentation for Procurement
  • Development of Internal and Market Inflationary reports and projections
  • Drive and manage the Procurement Productivity Program
  • Work with Treasury and Procurement on forward coverage and hedging strategies
  • Team with Revenue Growth Management and Divisional Business Leaders on market implications as it may relate to pricing, promotional, and trade strategies
  • Provide financial leadership to the enterprise Procurement team
  • Provide on-going leadership to team to drive standardization across the enterprise: Standardize reporting, KPI definition, Dashboard, and monthly business review
  • Oversight of data and metrics to support Enterprise SC finance Scorecards
  • Advance dashboards and data visualization reporting
  • Development of Team and Succession Planning
  • Ad Hoc/Special Projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years Finance experience – CPG Preferred
  • 5 -10 years in a financial leadership role
  • Highly analytical roles, Supply Chain Finance experience, or Commercial Finance experience
  • Certified Public Accountant and/or MBA preferred
  • Ability to identify, design and implement financial reporting & analysis process improvements
  • Excellent business partner and thought leader with superior analytical abilities
  • Experience in building a strong, business-focused team with a bias for action
  • Strong business acumen
  • Executive presence, exudes calm confidence and control under pressure
