Job Description

As the Head of Finance Operations, you will lead a critical department at the heart of our global financial health. You will oversee our Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, ensuring our daily accounting and month-end processes move fast and remain simple. Working closely with our international Financial Controller community, you will set clear goals to ensure statutory excellence and robust audit relations across our markets. We are looking for a leader who embodies our "Care" value by supporting teams across borders and "Leads" by owning results in a complex, multinational environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee global accounting operations including R2R, O2C, and P2P processes to drive excellence
  • Closely work with the Financial Controller community to ensure accurate reporting and statutory compliance
  • Set clear goals for month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and efficient collections
  • Drive the transformation of finance functions by centralizing and standardizing activities globally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve end-to-end processes and break down operational silos
  • Utilize data and tech to digitalize finance operations, aiming high to stay ahead of the competition
  • Act as a key mentor, helping one another succeed through feedback and professional growth
  • Own the relationship with local auditors, ensuring quality and accountability in every market
