Job Description:

We are looking for a Director of Finance to join the Expedia Group Finance Team. In this role you will be a key Finance leader in India and a close business partner to company leaders. You will be a catalyst in influencing the strategic decisions across the business. We will nurture your collaborative approach and will welcome your way of thinking. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain a high performing team
  • Provide analytical support to executives on a project and ad hoc basis
  • Develop financial updates to executive leadership
  • Support of the investor relations team and other internal stakeholders
  • Partner across finance stakeholders to understand business drivers
  • Lead a variety of projects to simplify and automate existing processes
  • Contribute to broader team & cross functional deliverables

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility and management experience
  • Career examples of leading impactful projects and/or company initiatives
  • Exhibits intellectual curiosity, ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working closely with senior management
  • Advanced analytics, modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills
  • Able to lead and influence decisions across various internal functions
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience with finance systems like Hyperion or SAP BPC is a plus
