Job Description:

Responsible for providing strategic financial leadership that guides Barrow Neurological Institute(BNI) Foundation's long-term sustainability and growth. In close collaboration with the President, the Board of Trustees, Women's Board, BNI leadership, and other key external constituents, this role collaborates to ensure strong financial planning, oversight, and decision-making across all philanthropic activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, long-term financial plans
  • Provide comprehensive oversight of all accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions
  • Ensure strong financial controls, audit readiness, regulatory compliance
  • Monitor financial performance and risks
  • Lead system-wide operational initiatives
  • Oversee grants management operations
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost savings
  • Partner with the President, Boards of Trustees, executive leadership, and system stakeholders
  • Provide financial leadership and decision support to Boards and Committees
  • Support Board and Committee governance for affiliated programs and entities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 7 years of progressive experience
  • 5 years of leadership experience

Nice to have:

Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
