As Aeva scales globally and ramps production, we’re investing in a world-class finance infrastructure built for speed, complexity, and public-company standards. To support this, we’re launching a Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence in Bangalore. This leader will hire and grow a 3–5 person team, own key global accounting processes, and work hand-in-hand with U.S. HQ and our international entities. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct access to U.S. leadership and global operations.

Requirements

  • CA (India) qualification is mandatory
  • Background in top-tier audit/assurance firms is required

  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience in hiring and developing teams
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
