We are looking to hire a Director, Federal Program Management Delivery, based in the Washington DC metro area, to lead secure delivery for Intelligence Community customers, translating complex mission and security requirements into trusted, scalable outcomes that protect national interests and strengthen Microsoft’s Federal Intelligence business. This role focuses on developing people and operating effectively in a highly matrixed environment—partnering across delivery, engineering, sales, and security leaders to drive alignment, accelerate execution, and achieve measurable business and mission outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 6+ years experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, practice management, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements pre-offer and post-hire
  • Position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering cybersecurity, cloud, or technology solutions in regulated, mission‑driven, or complex enterprise environments, including public sector or similarly governed industries
