Job Description:

The Global Family Office Group supports new client acquisitions, deepening wallet share and franchise cross-sell for the Family Office segment within Citi Wealth. The role includes responsibilities in Institutional Wealth sales, franchise partnerships, and advisory, while focusing on business development and risk management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive market share through new client acquisition, deepening wallet share and cross-sell into key franchise partnerships
  • Represent the segment for Citi Wealth as an external marketing ambassador
  • Build lasting and trusted relationships with key partners across Citi
  • Support the sale of core Wealth products
  • Coordinate sales of Direct Private Investing and Institutional Capital Markets products
  • Lead business development efforts with key franchise partners
  • Build upon market-leading footprint in the global family office segment
  • Coordinate with senior product partners across CPB’s global advisory services
  • Own content and events for the segment, including white papers, industry surveys, and global events
  • Assess and manage risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience
  • Proven track record in driving incremental revenue and new client acquisition strategies in a private bank and/or institutional banking setting
  • Extensive and proven experience working with family office executives, principals and family members
  • Exceptional knowledge and connectivity within the family office ecosystem of advisors, service providers and centers of excellence
  • Experience successfully developing and leading revenue-based consulting business, including marketing, business development and operations
  • Exceptional consultative, analytical/business evaluation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated coaching and people development experience
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate staff
  • US: must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 registration if they do not already possess it.
