We are at an exciting point in our journey and are now looking for a seasoned Director to transition from a successful start-up with foundational safety to a world-class, safety-first culture where EHS is embedded into our DNA. As a key member of our Legal and Compliance Team, the Director, EHS (US), will be responsible for building and sustaining an EHS culture that reduces risk, ensures regulatory compliance and supports operations at both of Altos’ California sites. This role will be responsible for managing and developing the onsite EHS Manager at the Bay Area CA site and for working seamlessly with the EHS (UK) team on global initiatives, systems and practices as needed. This role will act as the primary safety subject matter expert to protect employees and the environment.
