Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 10+ years of leading and managing architecture, consulting and development teams, with demonstrated project management, resource management, consulting and solution delivery capabilities
  • 10+ years of architecture definition and practices, with a strong enterprise architecture background
  • Demonstrated enterprise architecture leadership for governance processes and programs at the strategic, blueprint and project level
  • Demonstrated success and progression as a technology professional in a large commercial enterprise, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and provide direct, timely performance feedback
  • experience setting direction, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in executive presentation and escalation management
  • Background in consulting roles, strong leadership by influence, adaptability to multiple styles of management and decision authority
