  • Leading teams chartered with infrastructure innovations that enable software engineers, research scientists, data scientists, ML engineers to deploy solutions at planet scale and meet Meta’s growing product and business needs
  • Build, manage and support diverse teams of software engineers and engineering managers
  • Provide both technical and organizational leadership
  • Form cross-functional and cross-discipline partnerships to drive engineering efforts
  • Establish effective strategies and execute against them

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management
