Job Description

This role will lead the strategic development and execution of employee communications, with a primary focus on supporting and advancing the FreeWheel business. It aligns messaging to company objectives, oversees communication channels and collaborates closely with leadership and functions to shape internal communications strategies and tactics that deliver clarity and impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support key initiatives and advance business goals
  • Write, edit, and deliver high-impact, company-wide communications aligned with core messaging and priorities
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to drive executive communications and support critical business initiatives
  • Collaborate across teams and functions to support key programs and projects
  • Align and integrate communication strategies to ensure consistent, effective messaging across the organization
  • Support team performance through participation in evaluations, training, and development initiatives
  • Exercise strong independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
