Director, EM Macro Product Lead

We are looking for a Director to join our London Office to drive Global EM Product adaption internally and externally. This role sits at a unique intersection of sales, strategy, marketing and trading with the explicit goal of helping drive and sell RBC's EM franchise (Latam, Asia, CEEMA, Rates & FX) across all client segments including Corporates, Institutional and Commercial in North America and EMEA. You will be dedicated primarily to leading engagement with new and existing clients in multiple geographies through trading commentary, idea generation (in collaboration with EM Strategy), liaising with Global Sales teams to uncover clients that have EM needs and driving greater flow and connectivity with the rest of the trading desk in New York, London and Asia. You will also provide expertise and analytical capabilities to senior management in matters relating to expansion of product offering, broad capabilities expansion and managing risk in collaboration with the team.
