A globally recognized fast fashion brand is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Ecommerce Director (Fashion Retail) to lead and accelerate its digital business across Malaysia. Job Responsibility
Lead the overall ecommerce strategy and drive online business growth, profitability, and customer acquisition
Oversee website performance, digital merchandising, CRM, inventory control and omnichannel
Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience
Monitor ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and ROAS, while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization
Drive innovation in online shopping experience, loyalty programs, mobile commerce, and digital engagement initiatives
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing ecommerce team
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience within Ecommerce/Digital Commerce, preferably from fashion retail
Proven track record in scaling ecommerce revenue and leading large digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategy, customer behavior, and digital ecosystem
Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Agile, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable within a fast-paced environment
