Job Description

A globally recognized fast fashion brand is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Ecommerce Director (Fashion Retail) to lead and accelerate its digital business across Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader with strong omnichannel expertise, digital growth capabilities, and a passion for fashion retail.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the overall ecommerce strategy and drive online business growth, profitability, and customer acquisition
  • Oversee website performance, digital merchandising, CRM, inventory control and omnichannel
  • Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience
  • Monitor ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and ROAS, while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Drive innovation in online shopping experience, loyalty programs, mobile commerce, and digital engagement initiatives
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing ecommerce team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within Ecommerce/Digital Commerce, preferably from fashion retail
  • Proven track record in scaling ecommerce revenue and leading large digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategy, customer behavior, and digital ecosystem
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Agile, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable within a fast-paced environment
