Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Manager/Director, e-commerce credit risk evaluation role for our Trade Partnership Evaluation Department at our business partner operating in the E-Commerce sector.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Evaluation Team in assessing e-commerce merchants’ financials and sales data to determine GPET (revenue-sharing e-commerce) limits
Collaborate with the Trade Partnership Operations team to ensure the right customers are onboarded
Work closely with the technology department to develop and enhance our in-house evaluation engine
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data and analysis
Mentor and manage team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

Extensive Experience in Credit Risk Evaluation Financial Analysis: Proven ability to assess clients’ financials and sales data to make informed decisions
E-commerce Expertise: A deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and its dynamics
Managerial Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and mentor the evaluation team
Analytical Strategic Mindset: A clear, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Statistical Knowledge Abilities: Proficiency in statistical methods and related software
Collaboration with Tech Teams: Experience working with technical teams to develop in-house evaluation engines or similar abilities
Reporting Insights: Ability to create detailed, actionable reports for senior leadership
Educational Background: Graduates from top universities in Turkey (Boğaziçi, Bilkent, ODTÜ, Koç, İTÜ) with degrees in Management, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
