Job Description:

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX, is seeking an experienced and highly connected Director, DSP Partnerships to lead and expand Red Seat’s relationships with key demand-side platforms (DSPs). This is a strategic and externally facing role, responsible for building deep, collaborative relationships with DSP partners to unlock joint opportunities, enhance platform interoperability, and accelerate revenue growth. You will work closely across Red Seat’s Sales, Revenue, Ad Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure our DSP integrations are optimized for scale, innovation, and performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of partner development within the audio programmatic ecosystem and has existing, trusted relationships with senior contacts at major DSPs such as The Trade Desk, Amazon etc.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and lead strategic relationships with top DSPs, serving as the primary point of contact and championing collaboration across both organizations
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with business goals, including revenue growth, technical integration, data interoperability, and joint go-to-market efforts
  • Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs), commercial negotiations, and strategic planning sessions with DSP partners
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver robust, scalable DSP integrations and feature enhancements
  • Identify new monetization opportunities, including beta programs, identity/data collaboration, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally to support sales enablement, partner education, and co-marketing efforts that drive demand and adoption
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving programmatic landscape, including privacy regulations, identity solutions, and new DSP capabilities
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on DSPs, influencing product and commercial roadmaps with partner insights

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in ad tech, with a focus on programmatic and DSP partnerships
  • Established, active relationships with senior contacts at all major DSPs
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex, high-value deals and manage long-term strategic partnerships
  • Deep knowledge of how DSPs operate, including auction mechanics, identity frameworks, data integrations, and media buying strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally to drive outcomes
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify, structure, and execute on growth opportunities
