Job Description:

The RM Senior Group Manager is responsible for management of bankers and multiple aspects of the sales function. They lead an existing team of relationship managers and manage integrated sales and relationship programs for commercial clients, drive client-centric solutions to differentiate Citi in the marketplace and achieve substantial growth targets for the business.

Job Responsibility:

Execute functional strategy in area managed
Determine approach to implementing functional strategy
Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation
Full management responsibility for multiple teams including people management, budget and planning
Performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
Supervise activity of others and create accountability

Requirements:

15+ years relevant experience
Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
Managerial experience
