Job Description

The Director of Digital Performance leads the strategy and optimization of the company's digital ecosystem, including websites, CRM, and emerging platforms. This role partners with Technology to ensure scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and high-performing digital experiences that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience within an agency or corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress
  • Proven ability to manage teams, external agencies, and vendor relationships
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and digital customer journey optimization
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, and AI-driven tools to inform strategy and improve performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
