We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Director to lead our demand generation efforts and accelerate pipeline growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert target audiences across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with analytical rigor and has a proven track record of driving measurable results in B2B or high-growth environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with business goals and revenue targets
  • Lead digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and customer retention
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align campaigns with buyer journeys and conversion goals
  • Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and programs
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, content syndication, and SEO
  • Build scalable lead nurturing programs that improve conversion rates through automation, retargeting, and personalization
  • Test, measure, and optimize performance across all campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets that support campaign objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline influence, CAC, and ROI
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce) to manage campaign performance and lead flow
  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and user experience
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, ensuring professional growth and alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technologies to keep demand generation strategies innovative and competitive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years focused on demand generation leadership
  • Proven experience building and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data visualization tools
  • Deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and ABM strategies
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

  • Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and digital marketing agencies
