Job Description:

This role involves leading advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making within Citibanamex, particularly in consumer solutions such as credit cards, loans, and investments. The individual will manage teams, design analytical solutions, and develop strategies that align with the organization’s transformation objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Manages multiple teams or a functional area supporting key business functions
develops strategic direction for function
accountable for budget, policy formulation and planning
resolves complex and highly variable issues with potential impact
ensures compliance efforts follow policies and procedures
leads design and implementation of an optimization framework using machine learning
develops advanced market segmentations leveraging massive data sources
directs high-performing data science teams with full talent and budget management
promotes adoption of new methodologies and technologies for analytic transformation
acts as a strategic partner aligning organizational efforts and executing strategies

Requirements:

10+ years experience with tools used for statistical analysis
experience with defining and implementing data science programs
knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts and experience
bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience, potentially master’s degree
more than 8 years of experience progressive in science of data and analytics, preferably in financial services
proven excellence in analytical, technical and/or statistical skills
advanced strategic thinking skills
exceptional communication abilities
continuous intellectual curiosity and proactive learning attitude
