As the Director of Data Science for Groups at Meta, you will lead the data strategy for one of the most dynamic and complex ecosystems in the social media landscape. Groups is a cornerstone of Facebook’s community experience, representing a long-tailed ecosystem with strong brand affinity and uniquely valuable content. As the larger social landscape evolves, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Groups will continue to deliver value to millions of Young Adults in the US and billions of people worldwide. You will leverage your leadership, analytical, and strategic skills to guide a high-impact team, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, Research, Data Engineering, and beyond. Your work will directly influence product direction, investment decisions, and the future trajectory of the Groups ecosystem.
