Job Responsibility:

  • Product Definition & Roadmaps: Set the strategic direction for data platform products across multiple technical platforms, domains, and functional areas
  • Customer-Centric: Champion a deep understanding of customer and business stakeholder perspectives
  • Data Platform: Own the strategy and lifecycle of key data platform products across supported environments and domains
  • Technology: Provide strategic direction across multiple technical platforms and data environments
  • Communication: Deliver clear, compelling storytelling for the data platform product portfolio
  • Implementation: Oversee the translation of platform strategy into executable technical work
  • Collaboration & Support: Act as the senior go to leader for assigned data platform products and domains

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Data platforms or related technical roles
  • 4+ years of Product Manager/Product Owner experience
  • 4+ years of people leader experience
  • Proven track record owning the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of data products or data platforms in a large, matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical and quantitative background
  • Responsive, able to adapt to fast-moving projects
  • Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies
  • Comfort with budget, headcount, and vendor decisions for data platforms and tools
  • Experience driving adoption and change management for new data products across diverse internal teams
  • Have worked with or understanding of: Data pipelines and workflow orchestration
