We are looking for a leader to drive enablement of AMD’s GSI business in the Data Center. He/She will be responsible for partnering with Sales counterparts to drive AMD’s GSI partnerships, focused primarily on AMD’s Enterprise and Datacenter solutions.
Job Responsibility
Develop and implement AMD’s Data Center strategy to grow our partnerships and associated business with GSIs
Build deep relationships with GSI executives in pursuit of growing mutual business as related to delivering enablement scale
Drive a comprehensive enablement plan with GSI partners, including sales and pre-sales training, program optimization, and alignment of AMD and partner 4P planning
Identify challenges currently faced by AMD’s GSI engagements, and work with executives, both internally and externally, to grow and accelerate AMD’s momentum across all Data Center products
Establish operational capability, with KPI’s, in our enablement motion and monitor/drive growth
Requirements
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable role, owning the success of driving GSI business, with at least 10 years’ progressive responsibilities
Customer Experience: strong historical interaction and executive relationship building within key customers and partners, preferably at or with GSIs
Enablement & Messaging: Proven capability to develop differentiated customer and partner messaging, with experience leveraging AI to scale
Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering preferred. MBA would be a plus.
