Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute on data management strategy
Define and monitor KRI’s and escalate areas of non-compliance as appropriate
Oversee the design and execution of data controls
Oversee data quality monitoring and data issue management practices
Monitor the health of data catalog metadata
Manage team of high performing data professionals
Requirements:
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field) plus at least 8 years of experience performing data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master’s Degree plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
At least 6 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
At least 6 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies
At least 4 years of experience managing people

10+ years of Professional Data Analysis experience
5+ years of Big Data experience (AWS and Spark)
5+ years of cloud native (AWS) data processing experience
5+ years of Process Management experience
5+ years of Project Management experience
5+ years of experience with Python

2+ years of experience with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark streaming)
