Job Description:

The Director, Cybersecurity Transformation role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise is responsible for leading large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs, reporting to the Vice President of the Office of the CISO. This position involves driving transformational change, managing a portfolio of programs, and mentoring a world-class team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

  • build and maintain strong global relationships with senior and executive management
  • influence, negotiate, and build consensus to resolve escalations and drive alignment.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in program and portfolio management
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles within large, global organizations
  • significant experience in cybersecurity
  • proven track record delivering complex transformation programs with multi-million-dollar budgets
  • ability to build and scale high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile Project Management, and/or relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) highly desirable.
