You'll run Creative Tools as a business - owning the roadmap, the growth strategy, and the outcomes. You'll decide what gets built, how it's priced, and how we win. This is a leadership role, not a management role. You'll work with world-class engineers, designers, and researchers. Your job is to point them at the right problems, make the hard tradeoffs, and be accountable for results.
Job Responsibility:
Own P&L for the creative tools business, including revenue, growth, and retention
Own pricing and packaging decisions
Make build vs. integrate decisions, including third-party model curation
Align engineering, design, and research partners around priorities
Requirements:
Has owned a P&L or been directly accountable for revenue
Experience with prosumer or consumer subscription businesses
Strong product sense

Comfortable with pricing, packaging, and growth decisions
