Job Description:

The Director, 360 Creative Operations, will lead and drive global campaigns from concept and design to execution. The director will oversee the global 360 creative operations team and work cross-functionally to support successful launches and campaigns. This person is a problem solver who knows every detail of a project, from a strategic standpoint to the specific details of project management: timeline, scope and budget. Reporting to the Executive Director, Creative Operations, this individual is responsible for establishing, facilitating and maintaining workflow and communication between Creative, Marketing and Online teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end program management of campaign concepting for new and current products
  • Dictate process and documentation/evolution with the Executive Director, Creative Operations
  • Innovate creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables to be deployed to local markets
  • Oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process: including the approval of concepts, video storyboards, video outputs, pre and post-shoot 360 assets/layouts and regional variants
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams of designers and copywriters assigned to his/her projects
  • Keep projects on track through clear project plans in Wrike, Float, issue tracking and status reports
  • Assist Executive Director, Creative Operations with management of Operations team’s daily needs and issues
  • Communicate project issues and resolution to internal stakeholders
  • Lead or participate in various cross functional meetings, including Creative Reviews, Marketing Reviews, Legal Review, Resource Allocations
  • effectively set up the presentation of creative work, track status and circulate notes

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in project management for an in-house creative team or agency (must have beauty/luxe/fashion experience)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience working on digital and social creative, with exposure to web development and product management
  • Strong partner to creative and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive and positive approach, presents solutions and strives to solves problems
  • S/he is comfortable presenting creative work to senior leadership and running high level meetings
  • Has a flexible attitude and can work in ambiguous situations
  • Is used to being the point person for internal or external clients
  • Is a natural leader with excellent communication skills
  • Loves solving problems and managing conflicts
  • Has a deep understanding of project management, work flow and infrastructure
  • Has experience using Wrike, Asana, Monday or other project management tools to develop project plans, assign tasks and report of program status

  • Work with PR, Influencer, Sales, Social, Creative, and Operations teams to help execute 360 local marketing campaigns for new launches and evergreen focuses tailored to each market whilst driving brand consistency
  • Maintain the day-to-day of the International marketing calendar to track all activations, ensuring that updates reflect the latest information
  • Oversee the asset requirements for retail partners: product pages, emails, site materials, in-store tools, digital campaigns, and social media content
  • Manage the submission of creative requests and asset checklists for all retail needs across International retailer channels on time and to spec and oversee dissemination of assets and asset uploads to retailer platforms e.g. Gaia
  • Outline key creative requirements for international marketing campaigns and coordinate with the creative team for timely deliverables
  • Oversee retailer product registration, set-up forms and systems, ensuring retailers have the necessary information and resources for new launches. Collaborate with the appropriate cross functional teams (i.e: Sales, PD, Ops, Copy) to maintain accuracy and completeness
  • Oversee and coordinate all retailer and trade product requests by partnering with Operations to secure product samples and ensure timely delivery, while maintaining clear communication with retailers throughout the process
  • Partner with North America Retail Marketing counterpart to ensure we are working in lockstep to amplify across the globe with consistency
