This position is responsible for enterprise identity and access management (IAM) services including authentication, authorization, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management and provides leadership, strategy, capability ownership, and roadmap. Responsible for system access compliance, user access support, administration, and operations. Leads teams of risk and security professionals managing IAM activities and is expected to provide mentorship and development to bring staff to acceptable levels of skill, knowledge experience and performance.
Job Responsibility:
Directs the activities of a team of professionals, ensuring that individual/team goals are established, project schedules/milestones are met, and personnel adhere to the highest standards
Assesses the organization’s IAM compliance in coordination with security governance and controls posture
Interfaces with peers in the Global Security, Digital Services, and leaders of the business units
Manages the provisioning of user and system access for corporate and sales force resources according to established SLAs
Aids the business units in identifying and implementing appropriate security measures
Ensures appropriate controls exist for granting access to individuals and systems
Responsible to establish, maintain and measure process and procedures
In partnership with VP, acts as Global Practice Lead for Identity and Access Management
Ensures that technical alignment with users’ needs are achieved between partners/vendors and their technical counterparts
Assists technical groups to ensure that IAM infrastructure design does not contain security weaknesses
Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies, industry trends, and evolving threat landscapes
Recommends new security and access technologies as appropriate
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Security or other related field
Minimum 10 years of professional job-related work experience
5 years management experience
Relevant systems administration and/or networking experience
Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver projects on time and within budget
Trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity with a clear understanding of the challenges of information security
Nice to have:
Certification Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation
Experience coordinating resources globally in multiple countries
