WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON: Qualia is building payment solutions to simplify how money moves in real estate closings. You'll own Compliance and Payment Operations for this program---building the infrastructure, managing vendor & partner relationships, and running a tight operation that minimizes risk while enabling product growth.

  • Own Banking & Payments Compliance
  • Build and maintain Qualia's banking & payments compliance management infrastructure

Requirements

  • 10+ years in fintech or payments, with 5+ years in compliance or operations leadership
  • Experience managing banking partner relationships and regulatory oversight
  • Deep knowledge of ACH and wire payment rails, including NACHA Operating Rules and return risk management
  • Track record building compliance programs and payment operations in high-growth environments
  • Operational excellence
