Job Description

Circle K is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Commercial Strategy – Fleet to lead the development and execution of North America-wide commercial concepts and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the B2B Fleet segment. This high-level role is key to the continued growth of B2B gallons and profitability. The Director will identify strategic opportunities, create and present business plans to support new solutions and investments, and drive initiatives that strengthen Circle K’s competitive position. The role collaborates closely with Business Units and global support functions to ensure alignment with the Global B2B Mobility strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the execution of North America and BU strategies to deliver company growth objectives
  • Identify strategic and commercial opportunities and translate them into actionable plans at the Business Unit level
  • Drive segment planning and Customer Value Proposition (CVP) development aligned with the Global B2B Mobility strategy
  • Lead GTM planning and execution of prioritized initiatives across TCO pillars to enhance Circle K’s competitive position
  • Develop/Manage commercial projects that can be scaled across North America, improving the value proposition for fleet managers and B2B drivers
  • Create and present business plans to support new solutions, investments, or other items required to grow B2B gallons
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across Business Units and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the fleet segment
  • Collaborate closely with BU Leaders, Global B2B Excellence, Global Fuels, Global Marketing, and other key functions to ensure alignment and execution
  • Hold relationships with key customers/partners and industry stakeholders communicating industry trends within the organization
  • Represent Circle K at industry conferences and trade shows to strengthen market knowledge and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy development and execution within a multinational environment
  • Proven ability to translate commercial strategies into impactful GTM activities across multiple business units, preferably within B2B mobility and card business
  • Strong track record in managing multi-stakeholder environments and leading complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Relevant experience in the fleet business segment with a strong understanding of the value chain
  • Ability to travel 25–30% annually and work in office when not traveling
