Job Description:

Our client, a private equity backed leader in the business services sector is undergoing major transformation. Pivoting from a traditional human capital intensive service model to a high margin, technology enabled multi-service platform. We are seeking a high-caliber financial strategist to serve as the primary architect for this evolution. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will bridge the gap between finance, corporate development, and product strategy. We are looking for a rare breed of finance professional. If you enjoy the technical depth of FP&A and financial modelling but thrive in the 'organized chaos' of a major business transformation, this role might just be perfect for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Transformation Architecture: Design the financial blueprints for our shift to a tech-enabled platform
  • Monetization & Pricing: Design sophisticated pricing frameworks for digital offerings
  • M&A & Deal Leadership: Act as the financial lead for the full transaction lifecycle
  • Strategic Insights: Create high-impact KPIs and predictive dashboards
  • System Optimization: Leverage enterprise-grade EPM and ERP tools to automate forecasting

Requirements:

  • CPA designated professional preferred (will also consider MBA, CFA or related)
  • Proven experience and master of financial modelling with an ability to extract and manipulate data within EPM systems
  • You thrive in 'ambiguity' and are comfortable operating without a large support staff until which time you can build a small team around you
What we offer:
  • Largely remote, with one day a week in office
  • Competitive base, bonus, and total rewards program
