The Director Partner Manager, Commerce will oversee commerce partnerships along with cross-functional collaboration working closely with operations, engineering, legal, and product management teams. This person will be responsible for on-boarding, optimizing, analyzing data, reporting, tracking performance, deal expansion, communication to stakeholders as well as general partner support to ensure both parties are driving towards growth. The role’s primary focus is to manage partnerships from the start and drive incremental revenue by recommending and implementing optimization ideas based on collaboration with affiliate and/or performance marketing partners.
Job Responsibility:
Be a vertical expert in designated categories, understanding current and future events to help drive the team’s priorities and innovation
Lead day-to-day management of assigned partners and drive deep engagement
Drive collaboration with internal operational/product teams to complete technical onboarding and technical troubleshooting as needed
Lead optimization efforts to drive incremental revenue for both the partner and FOX
Manage all partner communications and business reporting rhythms, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
Comfortable with managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and a sense of urgency
Stay on top of emerging platforms, trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for category growth and partnerships
Requirements:
8-10+ years of relevant experience in affiliate and performance marketing partner management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, meticulous and consistent follow up
BA/BS required
