Job Description:

We are looking for a Director Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) Manager, specializing in security, who is passionate about leading a team of architects who drive our customers’ security transformation on the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms. This is a people management role with accountability for a portfolio of customers and a portion of the Microsoft business results. The role is flexible in that you can work up to 50-75% from home.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check

Nice to have:

  • 7+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role mapping customer outcomes to technical solutions, driving technical adoption, handling customer escalations, or leading technical projects, teams, or functions
  • Learn-it-all mindset in staying up to date with new security scenarios and solutions, and a strong established understanding of the security industry, Microsoft Security, and competitive solutions/services
  • Can be demonstrated by engaging industry or technical certification in Security (e.g., Microsoft Security Technologies, Cloud Security, OCSP, GIAC Certifications, or similar security operations/response)
  • Experience or ability to provide thought leadership to incubate new cybersecurity capabilities or services
  • Demonstrated ability applying cloud and/or AI solutions to help solve enterprise or cybersecurity mission challenges
