As a Director Clinic Operations in Kearney, NE, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational performance and strategic growth of multiple clinic sites. Job Responsibility
Overseeing the overall operational performance and strategic growth of multiple clinic sites
Managing clinic managers and staff
Developing and implementing operational best practices
Ensuring financial viability and regulatory compliance
Driving initiatives focused on patient experience and quality of care
Assuring compliance with all applicable JCAHO, federal, state and agency laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards
Developing and managing capital and operational budgets in support of strategic plans and goals
Developing and monitoring and responding to a full range of financial, service and quality indicators in all areas of responsibility
Developing, coordinating, and managing operating systems and operational standardization, service standards, approaches, policies for the departments
Maintaining a system of management reporting that provides timely and relevant information on all aspects of clinic operations across the market
Functioning as a liaison for the assigned clinics within the market or multiple markets along with other departments within CHI Health and the Physician Enterprise to ensure an integrated operation of the clinics and facilities within the overall system
Responsible for assuring appropriate management practices, maintenance of appropriate staffing levels competency assessment, staff orientation, ongoing education and development in all areas of responsibility
