Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially savvy consulting leader that is able to drive impact with our frog brand into accounts in one of the following industries; Consumer Goods, Retail, Finance, Public, Energy & Utilities. The selected account is part of a broader Capgemini Group account strategy where the next evolution is to have frog leading the client conversation as business reinvention and experience partner.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Experience (10–15 years) – Demonstrated success operating in complex consultative selling environments, ideally within large enterprise or multinational contexts
  • Account Strategy Leadership – Ability to define, articulate, and execute a strategic account vision for frog, in close collaboration with the Capgemini Group Client Partner, ensuring alignment with broader group objectives
  • Commercial Acumen – A proven track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes. Skilled in building C‑suite and C‑1 relationships, shaping demand, and leading commercial processes including RFP/RFI responses, SOW creation, pricing, and negotiations
  • Digital Transformation Expertise – Acts as a trusted advisor on end‑to‑end digital transformation journeys across business, experience, technology, and operating models
  • Technology Fluency – Strong understanding of the technology landscape and how emerging solutions—AI, data, platforms, cloud—amplify frog’s value proposition across strategic buying centres
  • People Leadership – Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture
  • Excellent Communicator – Exceptional written and verbal skills, with an ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives and data-driven stories for senior stakeholders. Dutch language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
  • Innovative Mindset – Passion for innovation and hands‑on familiarity with advancements in data, AI, machine learning, and experience technologies, with the ability to guide clients on scaling these responsibly

Nice to have:

  • Industry Expertise – Deep knowledge of the specific target industry (e.g., Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Products, Public Sector, Healthcare, etc.), including market dynamics, regulatory context, and competitive landscape
  • Design & Experience Background – Familiarity with design-led methodologies such as service design, design thinking, product discovery, or user research, and how these are applied in end‑to‑end transformation
  • Innovation Delivery Experience – Experience shaping and launching new digital products, services, or business models, from concept to market activation
  • AI & Data Transformation Delivery – Hands‑on experience leading AI or data-driven transformation programs, including operating model design, governance frameworks, and scaling approaches
  • Partner Ecosystem Engagement – Existing relationships with relevant technology partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Salesforce, SAP) and experience co‑selling and co‑delivering with partners
  • Thought Leadership – A track record of representing organisations externally through keynote speaking, publishing insights, or contributing to industry forums
  • Global or Multi‑Market Experience – Demonstrated ability to operate across cultures and geographies, navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Entrepreneurial / Start-up Experience – Experience in building or scaling a venture, practice, or capability from the ground up
