Job Responsibility

  • Inspire and lead a large team of educators
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and commercial success of a large, high-performing center
  • Ensure strict adherence to the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and WA state licensing regulations
  • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with our local families and community

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent/higher qualification)
  • Proven track record managing a large ELC with exceptional team-building and people manager skills
  • Sound operational knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and assessment and rating processes
  • Full, unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Valid WA Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a current National Police Clearance
  • Minimum of 2 professional, contactable references from recent employers

What we offer

  • A premium environment with a highly resourced, modern facility and nature-based outdoor spaces
  • Strategic location within 30 minutes of the key South/East metropolitan corridor
  • Supportive culture that values leadership, encourages autonomy, and supports professional growth
  • Attractive remuneration package
