Director, Children's Centres

• Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our university‑based Children’s Centres in Wagga Wagga and Albury‑Wodonga
• Guide a dedicated team of early childhood professionals
• Deliver high‑quality programs
• Build strong relationships with families and the community
• Uphold excellence under the National Quality Framework
• Model excellence in curriculum development
• Uphold best‑practice standards
• Champion child safety
• Create an environment that is nurturing, inclusive, and innovative
• Occasional day travel required to the Albury-Wodonga Centre

• Experience leading teams and delivering high‑quality outcomes for children aged 0–6
• Solid knowledge of early childhood legislation, frameworks and compliance
• Capability to manage budgets, mentor staff and build strong family and community relationships
• Clear, effective communication and a collaborative leadership style
• Commitment to a safe, inclusive and high‑quality learning environment
• A proactive, organised approach that keeps children’s wellbeing at the centre
• Working with Children Check
