Job Description

Working as part of our Capital Markets team, you’ll focus on the development of our Capital Markets business. You’ll be advising on institutional sales processes on behalf of our clients which include corporates and institutions both on the sell-side and on the buy-side.

Job Responsibility

  • Sourcing, establishing and maintaining relationships with (prospective) clients
  • Delivering on project feasibility
  • Providing market and strategic insights
  • Conducting investment analyses
  • Analysing financial reports
  • Work jointly with the team in preparing qualitative investment memo’s
  • Delivering investor market presentations
  • Assisting clients in structuring and implementing sales processes, from strategic positioning to marketing, due diligence advice and closing

Requirements

  • A university degree in Finance, Economics or Law
  • Successful experience in a commercial and/or financial function of at least 5 years
  • Ability to deal with clients at a strategic level (CEO, CFO, CIO, …)
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • Experience working with MS Office including advanced Excel
  • Entrepreneurial and have a self-starter attitude
  • Analytical mind
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
  • Great organizational skills
  • Good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Work as a team player
