Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and facilitate site strategic planning processes and support the output of the site strategic review through coordination and follow-through of key actions
  • Create, manage and track site goals
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for site-wide programs including productivity portfolio management, PMO, operational excellence, digital transformation, business continuity and risk management, business resilience, continuous improvement, new hire training and training, and performance management
  • Responsible for business and process data management and analytics as well as advanced scheduling, capacity and headcount modeling
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs and manage site incentive programs
  • Conduct facility fit analysis for new processes
  • Perform Chief of Staff functions for the site, such as coordinate executive visits, presentations, and logistics for high-profile leadership agendas
  • Drive business transformation by advancing digital capabilities and fostering collaboration with adjacent business units to make valuable contributions

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of operations support experience
  • Master’s degree and 8 years of operations support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of operations support experience
  • At least 4 years of experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
